In Mold Label

The Yogurt Cup with IML Label and Aluminum Foil Lidding Film supplied by YZY is specifically developed for yogurt, fermented milk, and low-temperature dairy products. The label on the cup body integrates with the plastic cup during the injection molding process, with the graphics directly embedded on the surface of the cup, eliminating the need for later sticker application. The accompanying aluminum foil cover film achieves cup sealing through heat sealing, and the combination of these two elements jointly completes the appearance decoration of the yogurt container and the preservation of the contents.

YZY specializes in manufacturing this Aluminum Foil Lidding Film, which is a composite film material designed for sealing the heat-sealable openings of food cups, paste cups, and powder cups. The surface layer is treated with matte metallic texture, presenting a delicate matte silver-gray tone without the harsh reflection of ordinary bright silver aluminum foil, giving a more elegant and restrained visual effect. The film body is composed of a printing layer, an aluminum foil barrier layer, and a heat-sealing layer, with the aluminum foil layer providing triple protection against oxygen, water, and light, and the heat-sealing layer can be formulated to match different cup materials such as PP, PS, and PET.

The China Metallic Matte IML produced by YZY belongs to a special IML label with matte metallic texture. Different from the high-reflective mirror metallic IML, it presents a fine, low-reflective metallic frosted texture without strong mirror reflection glare. By combining the matte metallic coating with the in-mold injection molding process, the metallic layer is wrapped and integrated into the interior of the plastic cup body, not subject to later spraying, stamping, or attaching metal stickers.

YZY specializes in manufacturing Metallic Gloss IML. We combine the high-gloss metal coating with the IML in-mold injection molding process to achieve a mirror-like metallic texture on the plastic product body. The metal reflective layer of the label is fused and encapsulated inside the plastic, rather than being sprayed, gold-pressed, or adhered with a metal film later.

The Lenticular In-Mold Label produced by YZY is a special label product that combines the 3D raster imaging technology with the IML (In-Mold Labeling) injection molding technology. Unlike ordinary flat-printed in-mold labels, this label comes with a micro-raster lens structure. Through precise line misalignment printing, after injection molding, the plastic container will shift with the viewing angle, and the pattern will undergo dynamic switching, deformation, and transformation of real and virtual elements, creating a visual effect.

The Skeleton IML produced by YZY is a structurally improved IML label, distinct from the traditional full-page coverage labels. The label only retains the area for pattern printing and removes the non-printing blank substrate film. After injection molding, the plastic substrate of the container body is directly exposed in the non-pattern areas.
