This Standard Bubble Tea Cup IML is specifically designed to be compatible with mainstream market-sized
injection-molded tea cups. It supports the cutting of label arc surfaces for straight-tube cups, slanted-mouth cups,
and cups with irregular shapes. The label arc curvature precisely matches the cup body curvature, ensuring smooth
machine-injection positioning.
Printing capabilities include complex IP cartoon images, character illustrations, gradient transitions, multi-color
overprinting, fine text, QR codes, and barcodes. The image layers are detailed, and the fine patterns and lines do
not smudge. The label can carry all the layout information such as brand logos, promotional slogans, traceability QR
codes, and product prompt text.
After injection molding, the patterns of the label are hidden inside the cup body. The outside of the cup can be
directly wiped without the pattern being rubbed off. The condensation water and beverage spillage on the cup body
and inside will not erode the printed image.
