Why is it suitable for the paint industry?
Paint and waterproof coatings belong to heavy-duty chemical products, and the packaging buckets need to face

After the paint buckets are filled in the factory, they will be stacked and stored in multiple layers, transported
by container ships on long-distance voyages, and stored outdoors in the building materials market.
The bucket body will come into contact with paint volatile solvents, rainwater, and ultraviolet sunlight. Ordinary
self-adhesive labels are prone to arched up, bubbling, edge detachment, and label fading. Once the color code and
safety warning information becomes blurred, it can directly cause incorrect shipment of goods and terminal misuse,
leading to brand compliance risks.
The Paint Bucket is integrated with the bucket body and has no glue layer. It is not eroded by solvents or water
vapor, and the warning instructions and product parameters can be clearly retained for a long time.

Notes for Attention
1. The in-mold labels are compatible with PP plastic paint buckets and are not applicable to containers made of
other materials. During the project's early stage, the raw material formula of the bucket body needs to be
confirmed.
2. UV resistance is an optional customized configuration. If the product is to be stored outdoors for a long time,
the anti-UV film material needs to be specified in advance. Ordinary labels do not have strong resistance to
ultraviolet rays.
3. Although the labels are resistant to solvents, the bucket body itself cannot be soaked in strong corrosive
chemicals for a long time. It is a decorative label for the container and does not equate to the container's
anti-corrosion performance.
4. The design draft must follow the chemical packaging layout standards. Warning text and parameter fonts should
reserve injection stretch allowance to avoid font compression and blurring after molding. We can provide design
review suggestions.
5. The storage of label raw materials requires protection from light and constant temperature to prevent the film
material from aging prematurely and ensure the good printing machine operation rate.

Q1: Will the paint bucket bubble off or fall off if the paint solvent evaporates?
A: The label is fused with the bucket body without a glue layer. It can withstand the regular solvent of the paint
and is suitable for the paint bucket application.

A: Sample of the bucket and mold parameters need to be provided to assess the stretch and demolding compatibility of
the label.
Q3: Can all the safety warnings, color codes, and QR codes be printed on the in-mold label?
A: Yes, we support it. We can integrate all packaging information to reduce the post-labelling process.
Q4: Will the label fade quickly when placed in an open construction materials market?
A: An anti-UV special film material can be selected. Ordinary labels are not suitable for long-term exposure to the
sun.
