Performance Tests

Notes for Attention

1. The Anti-Slip In-Mold Label achieves anti-slip effect through the microscopic texture on the surface. However, it cannot reach the strong anti-slip level of rubber pads. Items may still slide when tilted severely.

2. If the surface of the product is constantly covered with a large amount of oil stains, it will weaken the anti-slip friction force. It is recommended to clean the label surface regularly.

3. The injection molding parameters need to be aligned with our technical documents. Parameter deviations will affect the molding effect of the anti-slip texture.

4. It is only suitable for injection IML process and cannot be used as a secondary adhesive for non-woven tape.

5. It is not recommended to vigorously scrub with steel wool or hard abrasive tools. This will damage the microscopic anti-slip structure on the surface.
