The mold will be equipped with positioning mechanisms such as vacuum suction cups and mechanical fixtures to fix the labels and ensure the precise and undistorted placement of the labels.

For small batch production, the labels can be placed manually, while for large-scale production, it can be completed automatically by a mechanical hand. The molten plastic is injected into the mold. Under high pressure and at a temperature of 150-250°C, the plastic fully melts and bonds with the coating on the back of the label. After the plastic cools and solidifies, the label is firmly combined with the product surface as a whole. After the mold is opened, the formed plastic parts are directly taken out without the need for subsequent processes such as labeling and drying. The production of finished products is completed in one step.
