Product details

1. Imaging Logic

Based on the luminescence principle, after absorbing sufficient light from natural light and indoor lighting, the dark environment releases fluorescence; the night light color is mainly in classic green, and the color can be adjusted according to the project.

2. Process Structure

IML integrated injection molding, the night light printing layer is in the middle of the film material, the outer surface of the cup body is smooth without raised coating, and the grip feeling is smooth.

3. Design Form

Two options are available: the entire cup night light and the local fixed-point night light. It can be combined with illustrations, text, festival symbols, and is compatible with various theme pictures of Halloween and carnival season.

4. Production Chain

Raw material procurement, pre-press layout, printing, post-processing, die-cutting are all completed within the factory, without external outsourcing, and the batch brightness and printing color consistency are controlled.

Notes for Attention

1. The night light effect is self-luminous and non-radioactive. It needs to be charged by receiving light before use. In complete darkness, the brightness will gradually decrease naturally over time, which is a normal physical characteristic of the product.

2. The brightness of the night light is affected by the duration of light absorption and the intensity of the light source. The more light is absorbed, the better the light emission performance in the dark environment.

3. Our Glow in the Dark Cup is not recommended to be used to hold hot liquids for a long time to avoid accelerating material aging and affecting the long-lasting performance of the night light.

4. Cleaning should be done using a soft sponge. It is prohibited to use steel wool or other hard tools to scratch the cup body. Although the functional layer is built-in, violent external force damage will still damage the cup body.

5. Storage should be kept away from high-temperature and direct sunlight environments. Long-term continuous high temperature will accelerate the performance degradation of the self-luminous material and affect the usage experience.

A: Laboratory selected special luminescent ink for injection molding resistance. Through simulation tests under working conditions, the luminescence performance of the bulk product is guaranteed.
